White dry wine is produced by special technology from 100% Viognier.
A light floral-fruity fragrance with dominant tones of white peach, apricot and yellow apples.
Harmonious, refreshing taste with a good balance of acidity, hints of citrus and a soft fruity aftertaste with subtle creamy notes.
It is made from selected Viognier grapes. Manual harvesting. Sorting berries. Soft pressing. Thermoregulated alcoholic fermentation at a reduced temperature temperature.
