Merlot Nero Amarone RESERVE
The red dry wine is produced according to a special technology from 100% Merlot of late harvest, made from the grapes raisin. Aged in French oak barrel for at least 18 months and at least 6 months in bottle.
It has a black ruby color.
Intense, complex aromas of blackberries, ripe cherries, dried herbs, dressed leather and licorice.
A wine with a dense, concentrated own peculiarly sweet and bitter taste of candied strawberries, prunes, raisins, cinnamon and dark chocolate.
The technology of making wine is unusual: the grapes are first subjected to drying (zizyumlivanie) in the open air (about 100 days), as a result of which they lose up to 42% of their weight. After fermentation, the wine is aged for 18 months in oak barrels. The storage potential is 15 to 20 years. Amarone should be decanted one hour before serving. The wine pairs wonderfully with game (venison), The main thing to do is to get the best of it, and to get the most out of it. The recommended serving temperature is 12-14°C.
