CUVEE BRUT sparkling wine
White sparkling wine is produced using a special technology by mixing Muscat Ottonel, Rkatsiteli and Chardonnay varieties
A deep bouquet and rich aroma of aged sparkling wine with expressive tones of rye bread crust and apple jam, clotted cream, sunflower seeds, as well as refreshing hints of citrus peel.
The taste is fresh, vigorous, apple-citrus in the first wave and mineral in the aftertaste.
Cuvée is used for sparkling wines of Silk Alley ― first-pressed juice from selected Chardonnay grapes, Muscat and Rkatsiteli. Secondary alcoholic fermentation in high-pressure tanks by the Charm method, followed by lees for at least 3 months.
