Cabernet Sauvignon RESERVE
The red dry wine is produced according to a special technology from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in oak cask for at least 16 months and at least 6 months in bottle.
The ratio of peel and pulp creates a deep burgundy color, the wine shows an elegant harmonious aroma, subtle berry notes, currants, blackberries and strawberries, spice and black pepper vanilla, smoked, cigar box.
A complex, developed, velvety aroma. The body of the wine is medium-bodied.
The taste is quite powerful, spicy berry, high acid, balanced by sweet berries and bitter spices, with tangible tannins. Beef, steak, grilled lamb, served with fatty meats, fried and smoked dishes go best with this wine.
Cabernet sauvignon is the most common technical grape in the world. "Technical" means that it is used to make wine, not to eat it fresh. The berries of this variety are small and the skin is thick, so eating it is really not very pleasant. But wine in skillful hands turns out excellent: powerful, rich, able to be stored for a long time and improve its taste with time.The recommended serving temperature is 12-14°C.
