The fragrance is filled with notes of black berries: cherries, currants, blackberries, seasoned black pepper and vanilla, with an interweaving of fresh herbaceous and woody tones.
Medium-bodied, with an exquisite berry-spicy taste and velvety long-lasting aftertaste
Manual harvesting. Careful selection of Cabernet Franc, Syrah and Saperavi grapes. Gentle crushing. Cooling of the pulp to +10°С and cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation. Excerpt on a thin yeast lees for 4 months. Careful selection of wine materials for the blend. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
