Red sweet wine is made using a special technology from 100% of Cabernet Franc of late harvest. Aged in oak cask for at least 16 months and at least 6 months in bottle.

The wine with a complex enveloping taste, has a spicy bitterness and astringent aftertaste. The persistent, pronounced notes of this variety are raspberry, black currant, violet and graphite, green pepper and chili. The wine attracts with a rounded, full flavor with a silky texture, fruit and balsamic tones and pleasant tannins in the long aftertaste.
The classic end of the meal wine served with desserts is the perfect complement chocolate, baked goods, pistachios, blue cheese, and fruit.
