The wine intrigues with its rich, juicy taste with a velvety texture, elegant, silky tannins and a long aftertaste. Intense, full flavor with great structure, silky tannins has a tangy bitterness, a long aftertaste. Various types of grilled or oven-cooked meat go great with this wine: rack of lamb, lamb shoulder, fatty steaks, venison or wild boar meat. It is appropriate to spice up such dishes with aromatic spices: oregano, rosemary, or thyme.
Cabernet Franc Grand Reserv red dry must spend at least 5 years in the cellar, of which a year and a half in oak barrels and the rest in bottles. This format of wine comes on sale only in the sixth year of storage. Usually the bottles are sealed with sealing wax for long storage.The recommended serving temperature is 12-14°C.
