On the expanse of farmland where our wine château is located, we are developing a number of additional industries to ensure that our complex has all the advantages it needs. A variety of forms of agriculture coexist here, creating a unique atmosphere.
Beekeeping occupies a special place in our chateau. The industrious toilers – bees, industriously collecting nectar from flowers, help to create ideal conditions for pollination of plants, including grapevines, their 150 families in Silk Alley Chateau.
Sheep farming also plays an important role in the Château. Herds of sheep graze on vast pastures that maintain ecological balance.
Poultry farming pays off in the form of fresh meat and eggs. We care about the well-being of our feathered friends, providing them with comfortable living conditions, which in turn is reflected in the quality of products. We have different kinds of birds: several breeds of chickens, geese, ducks and guinea fowl.
Fish breeding has become an integral part of our complex. In specially created cascade lakes, of which we have four, we breed sturgeon, carp, carp, roach and white amur, providing our guests with a fresh and natural delicacy, which goes well with our wine.
Horse breeding is the epitome of elegance and grace, beautiful horses graze gracefully across spacious, green meadows, complementing the overall atmosphere of the winery complex and bringing joy to equestrian enthusiasts.
Growing fruit trees is another part of our unique complex. We grow varieties such as walnuts, almonds, pistachios, persimmons, mulberries and many others.
There is also a great greenhouse where we grow oranges, mandarins, lemons and grapefruit. Inside it has a special place – a round walnut pergola, which is decorated with elaborate hand-carvings. The highlight is the winter harvest period, where you can enjoy the aroma of citrus fruits in the December frost and retreat to a cozy setting surrounded by greenery and vibrant fruits.
