Cabernet Franc Rose
Rose dry wine is produced by special technology from 100% Cabernet Franc. Aged in an oak barrel for at least 16 months and at least 6 months in the bottle.
It has a pale pink color. This wine color is also called salmon color.
Expressive. The wine's generous aroma abounds with hints of raspberry, blueberry, violet, green pepper, tobacco, and black chocolate and coffee.
The wine intrigues with its rich, juicy taste with a velvety texture, elegant, silky tannins and a long aftertaste. Rich, full flavor with great structure, has a tangy bitterness.
The wine can be served as an aperitif, it is recommended to serve with Mediterranean fish dishes and Asian cuisine, lightly salted salmon, brie, Roquefort cheeses combined with fresh bread and fruit, goat cheese. Dry wine from the Cabernet Franc grape variety is obtained by the "white method" method of infusion in for 5-6 hours, followed by pressing, sampling of the gravity and wort of the first pressure, with clarification at 8-12°C. Recommended serving temperature 12-14°C
