Pinot Noir RESERVE
Red dry wine produced by special technology from 100% Shiraz. Aged in an oak barrel for at least 16 months and not less than 6 months in the bottle.
It has a non-saturated ruby color.
The wine shows an elegant harmonious aroma, subtle berry notes, currants, blackberries and strawberries, spices of black pepper and vanilla.
Fresh taste with soft tannins, good structure, long aftertaste.
The wine is the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meats, game and ripe Pinot Noir cheeses or Spätburgunder is the black grape variety that has been used for centuries to produce all red wines of Burgundy. In French the name means "black lump": small The dense bunches of these grapes look a bit like cones. Recommended serving temperature 12-14°C
