CABERNET FRANC Creative
The red dry wine is produced according to a special technology from 100% Cabernet Franc. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
The aroma is dominated by shades of faded cherries, prunes, rosehip and licorice.
Expressive and open taste with hints of dark fruits, accentuated the exquisite nuances of an oak barrel. The aftertaste is soft, velvety.
Manual harvesting. Careful selection of Cabernet Franc bunches. Gentle crushing. Cooling of the pulp to +10°С and cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation. Exposure on a thin the yeast lees are 4 months old. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
