The red dry wine is produced according to a special technology from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged in an oak barrel for at least 12 months.

Rich structure, full taste of dark berries and fruits, confectionery spices, repeated in a long bright aftertaste.
Manual harvesting. Careful selection of Cabernet Sauvignon bunches. Gentle crushing. Cooling of the pulp to +10°С and cold maceration. Alcoholic fermentation and maceration for 20 days. Malolactic fermentation. Exposure on a thin the yeast lees are 4 months old. Aged in oak barrels for at least 12 months.
